Breathwork Group Session with Tammy Anderson Ward

Recommended for Age 18 and up. Please bring a mat, pad and/or blanket for comfort plus your own water bottle. Journal is optional.

Please note: Tammy has been taking her breathwork certification class since January and this class is part of her certification. Please plan to stay the duration of two hours for time to integrate.
