B.E.come A Leader is an engaging leadership accelerator presented by the

Box Elder Chamber of Commerce. This program strengthens leadership skills and inspires personal and professional growth across Box Elder County through the

BetterCulture curriculum focused on seven principles:

Culture, Pride, Growth, Standards, Decisions, Conflict, and Fun.

Program Details

Schedule: Monthly sessions on the third Friday

January–October 2026

(9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, no July session).

Cost: $1000 Chamber Members | $1250 Nonmembers | $900 Nonprofits

(BTech Custom Fit discounts available).

Class Outcomes

Participants will design and deliver a project that improves culture, communication, or leadership within a local organization, leaving a lasting impact.

Graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion and recognition as part of the

Box Elder Chamber’s network of emerging leaders.
